Before we begin
Using local knowledge built up over years working in Bath, we select and buy quality properties that we can transform into stunning homes. Whether we’re converting a Georgian townhouse into luxury apartments or renovating a Victorian villa, we draw up plans and designs that are bold and imaginative, yet also sympathetic to the building we’re working on.
The build
Once our craftsmen begin work, the transformation occurs. It’s what we love doing, bringing elegant buildings back to their true glory. If you buy a property from us before we begin work or when renovation is just beginning, you can be part of this process because we’ll incorporate your ideas and preferences into what will, after all, be your home.
